Ugotowane j\u0119drnie, sp\u00f3jnie, opornie do gryz\u0105cych z\u0119b\u00f3w. Najprostsze: pola\u0107 zielon\u0105, dobrej jako\u015bci oliw\u0105 z oliwek. Bez cierpko\u015bci, z aksamitem. Do tego pi\u00f3ra twardego, ostrego, intensywnego parmigiano reggiano i gotowe.<\/p>\n<p>Dla niekt\u00f3rych zbyt proste.
